家庭式沟通在妇科护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Family Communication in Gynecological Nursing

目的研究分析家庭式沟通应用于妇科临床护理的效果,为临床护理提供指导,提升护理质量。方法选取我院的86例妇科患者,将这些患者进行了分组,A和B两组都有43例患者。A组患者采取常规护理,B组患者采取家庭式沟通护理。结果两组患者护理后的效果为,B组的病情治疗成功率更高一些,两组患者的住院时间为B组较短,临床患者的满意度结果为B组的高于A组。结论妇科使用家庭式沟通护理方式对患者的治疗和病情康复都具有较大的帮助,临床中使用效果非常优秀。

Objective To study the application analysis of family communication in gynecological clinical nursing effect,and provide guidance for clinical nursing,nursing quality improvement.Methods 86 cases of gynecological patients in our hospital were chosen,these patients were grouped,A and B two group have 43 patients. Routine nursing care to take patients in group A,group B patients nursing take family communication.Results The two groups of patients for nursing after effects,B group of ilness treatment success rate higher,hospitalization time of two groups of patients of group B was shorter than that in A group,patients satisfaction results for B group.Conclusion Gynecological use family communication nursing methods of treatment and rehabilitation of patients have more help,clinical use effect is very excelent.
