食管、贲门类癌的诊断治疗及预后分析

目的：重点研究食管、贲门类癌的诊断治疗及预后分析。方法我院肿瘤科于2010年1月1日～2011年1月31日期间收治的68例食管、贲门类癌患者。对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果此68例食管、贲门癌患者行上消化道造影、B超、胃镜、CT检验。上消化道造影检验诊断，均检出，检出率明显高于B超、胃镜、CT检出率（P〈0.05）。结论食管、贲门类型癌症患者要重视消化道造影的诊断方法，首选手术切除病灶，辅以化疗、放疗的治疗方案，提高治疗效果，以增加生存时间。

Objective Focus on the esophagus,diagnosis and treatment and prognosis of cardiac carcinoid.MethodsOur hospital between tumor 1 January 2010 to 31 January 2011 date admitted 68 cases of esophageal,gastric cardia carcinoid patients. Were retrospectively analyzed clinical data.ResultsThe 68 cases of esophageal,gastrointestinal and cardiac imaging on patients,B ultrasound,endoscopy,CT examination. Upper gastrointestinal diagnostic tests,were detected,the detection rate was significantly higher than that of B-ultrasound,endoscopy, CT detection rate （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Esophagus,cardia cancer patients should pay attention to the type of gastrointestinal imaging diagnostic methods,the preferred surgical removal of lesions,combined with chemotherapy,radiation treatment,improve treatment to increase survival time.
