摘要
目的：探讨干眼症的治疗方法及效果。方法选取2013年3月～2014年3月收治的30例50眼干眼症患者临床治疗资料进行分析。结果经治疗自觉眼部症状改善6例，11眼，改善明显者19例，32眼，无效者5例，7眼，总有效率86%。结论对干眼症患者消除诱因，行泪液成分的替代疗法，药物治疗缓解症状，保留泪液，使用硅胶眼罩、湿房镜等，必要时行泪小点封闭术。
Objective The treatment methods and its effect of patients with dry eyes to be investigated.Methods Analyzing clinical treatment data selected from 30 cases of patients with 50 dry eyes who are treated in hospital from March 2013 to March 2014.Results With being treated, 6 cases of patients with 11 eyes feel that their ilness condition has become better than before; and 19 cases of patients with 19 eyes show a sign of outstanding improvement in ilness condition, and 5 cases with 7 eyes are ineffective, the effectiveness probability is 86 percent in total.Conclusion To treat the dry eye ilness, it is suggested to eliminate the induced cause for the disease and apply alternative therapy of tear composition, to aleviate the symptoms with medical treatment, to preserve the tear and it is better to use silicone eye-patch, wet room mirror, etc. and be operated with lacrimal point closed surgery when necessary.
