微型种植体应用于口腔正畸矫正治疗的效果评价

Tiny Implants Used in Orthodontics Orthodontic Treatment Effect Evaluation

目的评价微型种植体应用于口腔正畸矫正治疗的效果。方法 2010年6月至2014年6月,从医院牙科收治的患者选取60例需口腔正畸的患者作为研究对象,然后分析微型种植体应用于口腔正畸矫正治疗的可行性与治疗效果。结果 60例患者对种植体有良好的耐受性,治疗后,患者的牙齿得到有效矫正,排列整齐,面型良好,治疗前后的对比差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论参与研究的60例患者疗效显著,微型种植体有操作简单灵活、稳定性高的特点,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the micro implants used in orthodontics effect of orthodontic treatment.Methods In June 2010 to June 2014, the selection of 60 patients with dental patients from the hospital need orthodontics patients as the research object, and then analyze the micro implants used in orthodontics feasibility and therapeutic effect of orthodontic treatment.Results 60 patients has good tolerance to the implant, after treatment, the patient＇s teeth get effective correction, neat rows, face type is good, compared to significant difference before and after treatment, statisticaly significant,P〈 0.05.Conclusion Involved in the research of 60 patients curative effect is distinct, the micro implant has the characteristic of simple and flexible operation, high stability, is worthy of popularization and application in the clinical treatment.
