妇科腹腔镜手术50例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 50 Cases of Gynecologic Laparoscopic Surgery

目的总结并分析妇科腹腔镜手术的相关临床诊治经验。方法回顾分析行腹腔镜手术50例妇科患者临床资料。结果 50例患者的并发症的发生率是6.9%,经过对症处理之后所有患者均治愈出院。结论应用腹腔镜手术对妇科疾病进行临床治疗,微创小、术中出血较少、患者术后恢复快、且并发症少。

Objective To summarize and analyze the related clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 50 cases of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery patients. Results The 50 patients, the incidence of complications was 6,9%, all patients were cured after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion The application of laparoscopic surgery to clinical treatment of gynecological diseases, small minimally invasive, less intraoperative bleeding, rapid recovery, fewer complications and postoperative patients.
