目的：探讨全甲状腺切除术手术指征、要点及并发症。方法回顾性分析我院107例行全甲状腺切除术患者的临床资料，记录患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间及术后的并发症。结果本次研究中的患者，手术时间为85-684 min，出血量68～258 ml，术后住院时间5-8天，术后有5例患者出现并发症，表现为颈部肿胀和呼吸困难。结论本次研究认为微小癌施行扩大的甲状腺切除术即可，不必行全甲状腺切除术。对于有些患者则需要权衡利弊，评估手术创伤和甲状腺癌的恶性程度作出手术决策。

Objective To investigate the total resection of thyroid surgical indications, key points and complications.Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 107 patients who underwent total thyroidectomy patients with operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complicationsResults The patients in the study, the operation time of 85- 85 min, the bleeding from 68 to 258 ml, postoperative hospitalization time 5 - 8 days, five patients postoperative complications, and characterized by swelling of the neck and difficulty breathing.Conclusion This study think small carcinoma of expanding thyroidectomy can, need not total thyroidectomy. You may need to weigh the pros and cons for some patients, evaluate surgical trauma and the malignant degree of thyroid carcinoma operation decisions.
