摘要
目的分析腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗直肠癌的临床疗效。方法选取2011年10月至2013年10月于本院进行治疗的108例直肠癌患者,分为对照组(开腹组)和观察组(腹腔镜组)各54例,比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院时间及1年生存率,分析两种直肠癌根治术的临床疗效。结果观察组患者手术时间显著长于对照组,而术中出血量,肛门排气时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。1年生存率比较两组无显著差异。结论腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery for the treatment of rectal cancer.Methods From October, 2011 to October 2013, 108 patients with rectal cancer were divided into control group （open surgery group, n=54） and observation group （laparoscopic surgery group,n=54）. The surgery time, intraoperative blood loss, length of hospital stay, anal exhaust time and 1 year survival rate were compared. The curative effects of two kinds of radical surgeries were analyzed. ResultsInobservation group, the surgery time was significantly longer than the control group, intraoperative blood loss, anal exhaust time and length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group,P〈0.05, there was statistical significance. There was no significant difference for 1 year survival rate in two groups.ConclusionThe clinical effect of laparoscopic radical surgery for rectal cancer was significant. It is worth clinical application.
