辐射台对新生儿肺炎患儿的应用效果分析

Radiation Analysis of Application Effect of Neonatal Pneumonia in Children

目的分析辐射台对新生儿肺炎患儿的应用效果。方法研究对象选取本院2012年7月至2014年6月收治的78例新生儿肺炎患儿,随机方法分组。对照组患儿采用普通床治疗,实验组患儿采用辐射台治疗。对比分析两组患儿症状消失时间、住院时间的差异性。结果经过治疗后实验组患儿发热、咳嗽、喘憋、肺部啰音等症状消失时间和住院时间均明显短对照组,经t检验分析发现组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用辐射台治疗新生儿肺炎患儿,有助于症状缓解或消失,加速康复进程,可将其在临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze radiation application effect on children with neonatal pneumonia.Method Study on the object selection of 78 cases of neonatal pneumonia in our hospital from 2012 July to 2014 June were analyzed,the random grouping method. The control group were treated by ordinary bedtreatment,in the experimental group by using radiation stage treatment. Comparative analysis of two groups of children with symptoms disappeared difference time,hospitalization time.Results After treatment in the experimental group of fever,cough,shortness of breath,pulmonary rales disappeared time and hospital stay were significantly shorter in control group by t test analysis showed that there was significant difference between the groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using radiation stage treatment of neonate with pneumonia,contribute to the symptoms relieved or disappeared, speed up the recoveryprocess,which can be applied in clinic.
