摘要
目的探讨去骨瓣减压术在高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法研究组给予去骨瓣减压术治疗,对照组给予开颅血肿清除术治疗,记录两组患者手术时间、术后住院时间、并发症发生情况,给予统计学分析后得出结论。结果研究组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组患者,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对高血压脑出血患者经去骨瓣减压术治疗后,降低术后并发症发生率,保障患者生命安全。
Objective To investigate the effect of decompressive craniectomy application in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods After the study group received decompressive craniectomy treatment, control group received hematoma evacuation treatment, patients were recorded operative time, postoperative hospital stay, complications were given statistical analysis concluded.Results Clinical outcomes study group of patients was significantly better than the control group of patients, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after decompressive craniectomy after treatment, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, protect the safety of patients.
