摘要
目的：对经皮椎体后凸成形术（PKP，percutaneous kyhoplasty）结合体位复位治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的临床效果进行分析探讨。方法对山西医科大学第一附属医院2013年1月～2014年10月收治的52例骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者行PKP联合体位复位治疗，观察患者的治疗效果。结果患者手术后VAS评分、伤椎高度及Cobb角得到明显改善，P＆lt;0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折采用PKP联合体位复位法进行治疗可以有效缓解患者疼痛，促进骨折椎体复位，值得临床推广应用。
Objective The protruding after percutaneous vertebral plasty （PKP holds,percutaneous kyhoplasty） combined with position reset the clinical effect of treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures were analyzed.Methods The first affiliated hospital of shanxi medical university from January 2013 to October 2013 were 52 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures treated PKP holds a consortium to reset,the therapeutic effect were observed. Results The patients after the operation,VAS score,wounds were obviously improved vertebral height and Cobb Angle,P 〈 0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion For osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures PKP holds a consortium to reset method is used to treatment can effectively relieve patients＇ pain,promote the vertebral body fracture reduction,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
