摘要 目的研究分析同型半胱氨酸在脑血管疾病诊治中的价值。方法随机选取2012年10月-2014年10月医院收治的脑血管疾病患者130例作为研究对象,按照疾病类型分为脑梗死组和脑出血组,每组65例,选取同期来医院做健康体检的65例作为正常组,比较脑血管疾病患者的Hcy(同型半胱氨酸)水平变化和脂质代谢情况。结果脑梗死组和脑出血组患者的Hcy浓度明显高于正常组,组间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑梗死组和脑出血组Hcy浓度比较,差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论同型半胱氨酸在脑血管疾病诊治中具有一定的探究价值,可作为脑血管疾病的独立危险因素,值得临床进一步分析和研究。 Objective To investigate the value of homocysteine in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases. Methods A total of 130 patients were randomly selected from the patients with cerebrovascular diseases who were admitted to our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014. They were divided into cerebral infarction group (n= 65) and cerebral hemorrhage group (n=65) according to the different disease types. And 65 healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the normal group. The level of homocysteine and lipid metabolism were compared between the patients with eerebrovascular diseases and the healthy controls. Results The patients in the cerebral infarction group and the cerebral hemorrhage group had a significantly higher concentration of homocysteine than those in the normal group (P〈0.05), while there was no significant difference in the concentration of homoeysteine between the cerebral infarction group and the cerebral hemorrhage group (P〉0.05). Conclusion Homocysteine has a significant value in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases. It is an independent risk factor for cerebrovascular diseases, so it is worthy of further analysis and research in the clinical practice.
