摘要
主要研究了液晶用羊毛脂胆固醇的制备和纯化方法,通过分析料醇比、乙醇浓度、加碱量和反应温度对羊毛脂皂化率的影响,结晶溶剂的选择和加入量对产品质量的影响,以及碱洗pH值和酸洗pH值对产品纯度的影响,确定了影响羊毛脂胆固醇制备和纯化的各种因素及其最佳工艺条件,采用此工艺羊毛脂胆固醇的纯度可达99.0%以上,其纯度和各种杂质含量均达到了液晶用羊毛脂胆固醇的标准要求.
A method of manufacture and purification lanolin cholesterol using for Liquid crystal is studied. Weanalyzed the effect of the proportion of materials and ethanol,ethanol concentration,amount of alkali added and thereaction temperature on lanolin saponification rate,the effect of selection and amount of solvent crystallization onthe product quality,and the effect of p H of alkali washing and acid washing on the product purity,then determinedvarious factors and the optimal process conditions affecting the manufacture and purification of lanolin cholesterol.By using the process, the content of lanolin cholesterol can be up to 99.0%. The content and various impurities canreached standard requirements for lanolin cholesterol using for liquid crystal.
