摘要
数控剁齿机用于锉刀上齿纹加工的专用机床;主要通过剁刀做上下往复运动剁入锉刀坯中形成锉纹,并伴随有巨大的撞击噪音;通过分析扁平类锉刀坯,设计了专用的料斗并对其进行了理论分析和验证;在不添加多余结构的情况下,使其具备了多重功能,有效解决了锉刀坯在自动上料时的速度不易调节、极易卡料等问题。
The CNC chopping machine is use for chopping the teeth of the files by the chopping knife cutting into the file up and down, while it will cause large impact noise; and a special cute is designed after theory analysis and verification; the problems including the adjusting the speed and the blocking is solved when auto feeding without more machine structures.
