摘要
基于曲面参数坐标转换,实现了螺旋曲线的准确建模;通过线性阵列完成了螺旋扫描切口特征,有效避免了过于复杂的布尔运算;提出了一种在Open CASCADE中进行滚珠定位和装配的方法。基于Open CASCADE的Data Exchange模块,将实体模型导出为STEP格式文件,方便数据交换与共享;基于Open CASCADE的Visualization模块,实现了滚珠丝杠三维模型的可视化。结果表明,使用Open CASCADE开发三维设计软件是一种可行的方法,具有运行环境独立、定制度高、可控性强等特点。
Based on surface parameter coordinate transformation,the accurate modeling of spiral curve is built. In order to avoid complex Boolean operation,spiral scanning incision is realized through the linear array,Therefore,a simple and effective method of locating and assembling the ball in Open CASCADE is proposed. Based on the Data Exchange module of Open CASCADE,the solid model is exported to an STEP format file. It is convenient for data exchange and sharing. Based on the Visualization module of open CASCADE,the 3d visualization of the ball screw is realized. The results show that using Open CASCADE to develop the customized3 d modeling software is a feasible method which has the characteristics of independent running environment,easy custom,strong controllability etc.
