摘要
针对薄而高的零件因与磨床工作台接触面积小,无法实现磨削前的可靠定位与夹紧问题,设计并制造了一种简单且实用的辅助定位板,既解决了实际难题,又大大提高加工了效率,并保证了零件的相互位置精度要求。
Due to the small surface of the thin and tall workpiece which is in contact with the table. it is difficult to achieve the reliable positioning before grinding and clamping and clamp it on the machine talbe. To solve this trouble problem,this article designs and manufactures an auxiliary positioning plate to improve the processing efficiency and ensure the positioning acuracay of the parts.
