基于功能-原理-结构模型的油料装备产品族划分方法 被引量:2

Product Family Partition of POL Equipment Based on Function-Principle-Structure( FPS) Model

摘要 产品族划分是产品族体系构建的首要环节。针对油料装备的产品族划分问题,提出基于功能-原理-结构模型的产品族划分方法。在分析油料装备的功能-原理-结构模型的基础上,定义了油料装备间功能需求相似度、原理相似度、结构相似度的计算方法,建立相似度矩阵,采用模糊聚类法得到油料装备产品族划分结果。实例证明,该方法有效。 The chief section of building product family architecture is product family partition. A method of product family partition of POL equipment is presented based on function-principle-structure( FPS) model. the methods of calculating the similarity of functional requirement,principle and structure among POL equipment are defined,the similarity matrix is established and the fuzzy clustering algorithm is used to realize partition of product family,the effectiveness of this method is proved through the example of POL equipment.
