摘要
建立了简化的某火箭炮有限元模型,将起落架设为设计区域,其他为非设计区域。以减轻质量为目标,设定应力和体积约束,并以典型火箭弹位置建立多工况对起落架进行拓扑优化,得到合理的材料分布情况。以优化结果为参考,修改原有结构,并验证了优化的合理性。
A simplified finite element model of rocket launcher is built. The cradle is taken as design area and other components are as un-design area. This paper aims at getting the minimum mass and constraining the stress and volume and takens the typical positions of the rocket launching as the topology optimization of the cradle under the multi-conditions to find the reasonable material distribution. According to optimization result,its modified structure is reasonble.
