摘要
设计并搭建了单流道单相传热与流动实验装置,对变截面流道进行了强制对流传热与阻力特性实验研究。通过实验方法比较了不同孔错开间距对变截面流道传热与阻力性能的影响,得到了变截面流道传热因子j、阻力因子f与Re数的关系。实验结果表明:在冷态条件下,不同进口温度对阻力因子的影响很小,这一结论在恒热流密度下同样体现出来;在恒热流密度下,前后排孔错开间距最大的变截面流道(TC1)阻力较大,但其传热性能最优;传热因子j与阻力因子f随着Re数的增大而减小,随着孔错开间距的增大而增大。
An experimental apparatus was built up to study triangle variable cross-section flow channel (TC) 's single-phase flow and heat transfer characteristics.Compared with influences of different stagger spaces on heat transfer and resistance characteristics, and obtained the relationship between coburn factor j and friction faetor f with Re.Results showed that both at room temperature and at the constant heat flux, the temperature of fluid had a neglectable influence on the flow resistance.The j and f of triangle variable cross-section channel decreased with the increase of Re and the decrease of the hole stagger space. The coburn factor j of the variable cross-section flow channel with the maximum hole stagger space TC1 was the largest.
