This paper was written to introduce basic shape characteristics, living habits, ac-tivityrules and habitat of five common rats in our country. On the basis of the above, some baits were made up of different raticides and put in correct sites, which resulted into effectivity of killing rats. This paper was also elaborated some methods of compounding raticides baits and applying way.
