加味四物颗粒改善高血压病患者蛋白尿及肾功能的临床研究

The Clinical Study of Jiawei Siwu Granule in Improving Proteinuria and Renal Function of Hypertension Patients

目的观察加味四物颗粒改善高血压病患者蛋白尿及肾功能的效果。方法将随机抽取的120例患者分为治疗组和对照组,2组均服用卡托普利片,治疗组加用加味四物颗粒治疗。8周后对患者的临床中医证候症状及血压、肌酐（BUN）、尿素氮（Scr）、尿白蛋白排泄率（UAE）进行对比。结果治疗后2组在中医证候症状、血压及UAE方面均有明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;而治疗组在降低UAE方面更优于对照组（P〈0.05-0.01）。结论加味四物颗粒在控制血压水平的同时,能有效降低高血压病患者的尿白蛋白,从而实现对肾脏的保护作用,临床无不良反应。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Jiawei Siwu Granule in improving proteinuria and renal function of hypertension patients. METHODS 120 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group in which captopril tablets and Jiawei Siwu Granule were given respectively. Comparison were made in the aspects of clinical TCM syndromes and symptoms, blood pres- sure, creatinine, urea nitrogen and UAE after 8 weeks. RESULTS After treatment, there are obvious improvement in two groups in TCM syndromes and symptoms, blood pressure and UAE. Comparied with the conditions before, There are significantly statistic difference （P〈0.05）. Treatment group is better than control group in decreasing UAE （P〈0.05-0.01）. CONCLUSION Jiawei Siwu Granule can effectively control the level of blood preasure, which meanwhile reduces the urinary albumin of hypertension patients, and it can protect the kidney by decreasing urine protein. No side effects had shown in the test.
