气营传变模型兔舌黏膜厚度及HSP70表达影响的实验研究 被引量:5

Research on the Impact of Transformation from Qifen to Yingfen on the Thickness of Tongue Mucosa and the Expression of HSP70 in Rabbit Models

摘要 目的探讨温病气营传变影响舌象变化的分子机制。方法耳缘静脉注射内毒素复制模型兔气营传变模型,白虎汤和清营汤治疗作为验证,HE染色及免疫组化染色观察舌黏膜厚度与HSP70表达变化。结果与空白组相比,气分证组舌黏膜增厚,但差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),营分证组舌黏膜显著增厚(P<0.01)。白虎汤和清营汤治疗可以抑制舌黏膜增厚,特别是清营汤变化显著(P<0.01)。舌黏膜厚度与HSP70表达成正相关(P<0.05)。结论 HSP70是反映温病气营传变舌象变化的重要分子。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the molecular mechanism of the impact of warm disease of transformation from qifen to yingfen on the change of tongue. METHODS The rabbit models of transformation from qifen to yingfen were established by ear vein injection of endotoxin. Baihu soup and Qingying decoction were taken as treatment respectively. The thickness of tongue mucosa and expression of HSP70 were observed by HE and immunohistochemical staining. RESULTS Compared with the control group, the tongue mucosae were thicker in Qifen group with no significant difference (P〉0.05). Meanwhile, a significant thickening of the tongue mucosa was observed in Yingfen group (P〈0.01). Baihu soup and Qingying decoction at- tenuated the thickening of tongue mucosal, and Qingying decoction changed significantly (P〈0.01). The thickness of the tongue mucosa was positively correlated to the expression of HSP70 (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION HSP70 is an important re- flection for the impact of tongue change on warm disease of transformation from qifen to yingfen.
