2014年俄罗斯内政平稳,外交恶化,其主要影响因素均与乌克兰危机有关。乌克兰危机爆发后,俄罗斯国内各界团结一致,面对美国、欧盟和北约的制裁压力,采取针锋相对的措施,俄罗斯与西方的关系陷入紧张和冲突境地,处于走向新冷战边缘。为摆脱外交方面的困境,俄罗斯积极发展与关税同盟国家、金砖国家、上合组织成员国以及亚太国家的关系,合作取得新的进展。可以预见,2015年俄总体外交态势仍将是西边复杂,东边较顺,"双头鹰"外交暂时将向东方倾斜。

In 2014, Russia＇s domestic situation was stable but had a deteriorating diplomatic picture which was mainly attributed to the Ukraine Crisis. Upon the breakout of the crisis, Russia has united to take targeted measures against the sanctions imposed by the US, the EU and NATO, causing tension and conflict between Russia and the West and on the verge was of another cold war. To get rid of the diplomatic dilemma, Russia has taken the initiative in working with the countries from Eurasian Customs Union, BRICS, SCO and Asia-Pacific region, achieving new progress. It is predicted that in 2015 Russia will make more diplomatic efforts with its Eastern neighbors, with steady relations there and complicated relations with westem countries.
