盐酸马布特罗片与盐酸丙卡特罗片治疗支气管哮喘的疗效分析

Analysis of clinical effect of mabuterol hydrochloride tablets and procaterol hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of bronchial asthma

目的分析和探讨采用盐酸马布特罗片与盐酸丙卡特罗片治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效及其安全性评价。方法选取呼吸内科2011年6月~2014年6月收治的72例支气管哮喘患者的临床资料,采用随机数表方法将所有患者随机分成两组,对照组36例患者在临床常规治疗方法的基础上给予盐酸丙卡特罗片进行治疗,观察组36例患者在常规治疗方法的基础上联合盐酸马布特罗片进行治疗,观察和比较两组患者的临床总有效率及其不良反应率。结果经过临床治疗,观察组36例患者的临床治疗总有效率为97.22%（35/36）,对照组36例患者的临床治疗总有效率为83.33%（30/36）,两组数据差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的不良反应率为5.56%（2/36）,对照组患者的不良反应率为2.78%（1/36）,两组数据差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论本研究结果表明,采用盐酸马布特罗片治疗支气管哮喘临床效果明显,该用药方法能够有效缓解患者的主要临床症状,改善患者的内分泌功能及肺功能,有效调节患者机体的免疫系统功能,从而有效控制疾病,且该方法无明显临床不良反应,安全性好,因此值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analysis and discuss the respiratory department of internal medicine clinical use of mabuterol hydrochloride tablets and Proeaterol Hydroehloride tablets treatment of bronchial asthma clinical curative effect and safety evaluation. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital respiratory department of internal medicine in June 2011 to June 2014, admitted 72 cases of bronchial asthma in patients with clinical data, using a random number table method all the patients were randomly divided into two groups, 36 cases in the control group were given the treatment of procaterol hydrochloride tablets in basic clinical routine method, 36 cases in the observation group were given the treatment of mabuterol hydroehloride tablets in basic clinical routine method, clinical observation and comparison of two groups of patients with total effective rate and adverse reaction rate. Results After the treatment, clinical observation of the treatment group of 36 patients with the total effective rate was 97.22% （35/36）, controlled clinical treatment group of 36 patients with a total effective rate of 83.33% （30/36）, the differences between the two groups of data significantly, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） ; adverse reaction observation of clinical treatment in patients with the rate of 5.56% （2/36）, controlled clinical patients in the treatment group the total effective rate was 2.78% （1/36）, no significant difference between the two groups of data, was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Condusions The results of this study show that respiratory department of internal medicine clinical use of mabuterol hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of bronchial asthma clinical effect, the medication method can effectively alleviate the main clinical symptoms of patients, improve patient within the sub function and secretion of pulmonary function, immune system function in patients with effective regulation of the body, so as to effectively control the disease. No obvious clinical adverse reactions and the method, the security is good, so it is worthy of clinical use.
