目的从我国《侵权责任法》所设置的医疗事故处理条例及相关规定为出发点,观察护理人员证据意识和自我保护意识的当前状态,同时结合本人多年工作经验,探讨证据意识在护理记录中的能动作用及意义。方法通过成熟的法律知识为媒介,明确证据意识的目的、意义,归纳护理记录中存在的问题和现状,分析原因,并给予应对措施,以此综合说明证据意识的能动作用。结果护理记录往往存在缺陷,如:记录不当、内容不详,说明不符合实际情况等。结论针对护理记录存在的诸多问题,要求护理管理者必须要从法律角度深化思考,切实实施管理措施,定期为护理人员做法律知识的普及,调动护理人员证据意识的能动性,严格遵守护理法律法规的约束并使用证据意识做自我保护。护理管理者甚至可以定期为护理人员考核,争取让每一份护理记录都能适应举证责任倒置。

Results The nursing record often had some flaws, such as record improper, unknown actual situation, etc. Conclusion in view of some problems in nursing records, nursing managers should think from the law Angle measures, like being popularization of legal knowledge regularly for nurses, mobilizing the initiative of the nurses in order to synthetically the , that do not conform to the , and concrete management of evidence, abiding by the constraints of the nursing laws and regulations strictly, and using the evidence to do ego to protect consciousness. Nursing managers can even regularly conduct regular assessment.
