摘要
本文针对海南福山花场油田注水井井筒近井地带污染,导致其渗流能力降低,注入压力升高,注入量达不到配注要求的问题,开发了低渗储层解堵酸液体系。室内实验系统地进行了缓蚀、稳定粘土能力、稳定铁离子能力等性能评价,并用岩心驱替实验检验了其解堵性能。该酸液体系在花场油田5口注水井进行施工,应用效果良好。
Concerning the problem of contamination around the wellbore of water injection well, which resulting in the decrease of seepage flow ability, increase of injection pressure and failing to reach the require injection volume, an acidizing fluid was developed for the plugging removal of low permeability formation. The properties, such as corrosion inhabitability, clay stabilizing ability and iron ion stabilizing ability were evaluated systematically in laboratory tests. Core flooding experiment was also performed to evaluate the plugging removal ability.This system was successfully used in 5 water injection wells of Huachang oilfield.
