摘要
乳化酸具有滤失量小,缓速性能好的特点,可以产生较长酸蚀裂缝,但是目前的乳化酸应用温度不超过120℃,为了提高乳化酸的耐温性能,通过大量实验,研制出由聚氧乙烯醚(OP)类表面活性剂OP-4、OP-10和咪唑啉复配的耐温耐酸乳化剂,实验表明,该乳化剂具有较好的耐温能力。以盐酸、柴油、自制表面活性剂等为原料,研制出一种抗高温乳化酸,并对其耐温性能、缓速性能、缓蚀性能进行了室内评价。结果表明:自制乳化剂形成的乳化酸能抗130℃高温,可以满足高温深井酸化需要,且具有很好的缓速性能和缓蚀性能,有利于深部酸化,并有利于管路保护。
The emulsified acid can generate long acid corrosion cracks because of the characteristic of low filter loss and the retarded performance, however, the emulsified acid cannot used in the temperature higher than 120 ℃. In order to increase the temperature resistance,aemulsifier formed with OP type(OP-4, OP-7)and imidazoline has preferable temperature resistance. A emulsified acid with high temperature resistance was formed with hydrochloric acid, diesel oil and the home-made surfactant. The temperature resistance, retarder reaction and corrosion inhibition were investigated in this work. The experimental results showed that the emulsified acid can used in the deep well whose temperature under 130 ℃, also, the good performance of retarder reaction can lead to deep acidification.
