甲醇汽油混合燃料排放特性的研究

A study on exhaust emissions of mixed methanol-gasoline blend fuels

甲醇作为一种燃料资源,以其特有的高辛烷值、高清净性及燃烧的低污染等诸多优点作为内燃机的代用燃料而受到各国的普遍重视。在电控汽油机参数未作任何调整的情况下,对M15甲醇汽油进行了发动机动力经济性和发动机排放特性的研究,发动机台架试验表明,所研制的M15甲醇汽油与车用汽油理化性质相当,并且和普通汽油等效燃油消耗率很接近,经济性差别较小。具有良好的排放特性,可有效降低THC、CO的排放。与基础汽油相比,加剂后的全配方甲醇汽油可有效降低CO和THC排放。

Methanol as a fuel resource, with its unique properties of high octane, high detergency and low emission, which is an excellent alternative fuel for internal combustion engine. More attentions have been paid to the mixed methanol-gasoline blend fuels. This paper presents the emissions and economy of the M15 methanol gasoline in a spark-ignition engine. The properties of the blend fuels were evaluated. The results show that the M15 methanol gasoline possesses the same properties and economy as the conventional automotive gasoline, and the blend fuels have the advantage of low THC and CO emissions over the conventional gasolin.
