Interpretation of Vkan's Version of Compulsory Product Certification Implementation Rules(Household and Similar Use Equipment)

强制性产品认证实施规则是指导产品CCC认证工作的重要文件,是认证机构实施认证、认证申请人申请认证和执法机构对认证产品进行监督检查的基本依据。认证机构根据认监委颁布的强制性产品认证实施规则和相关通用规则制定各自的实施细则。本文重点介绍威凯版本强制性产品认证实施细则(家用和类似用途设备)(下文简称实施细则)相较上一版实施规则的主要变动内容及改革的意义。帮助企业解读威凯进行家电CCC强制性认证的政策要求。

Compulsory product certification implementation rules is one of the important documents for CCC certifi-cation, it’s also the fundamental basis for certification bodies, applicant and law enforcement agencies to do certifica-tion, application or conducting supervision and inspection of certified products. The certification bodies make their im-plementation details according to the certification implementation rules or other generic rules related to the compulsory product Issued by CNCA. This paper focuses on the changes of the main content of the mandatory product certification implementation rules （household and similar use equipment） （hereinafter referred to as detailed rules） of Vkan version compared with last version of the implementation rules and its significance of the reform, in order to help enterprises to interpret Vkan’s CCC policy requirements of electrical appliances.
