摘要
为解决某空调用轴流风叶在高速运转中破裂的问题,本文基于有限元方法,研究了轴流风叶的力学特性和强度分析方法,并基于分析结果对风叶的应力集中问题进行分析和结构优化。经改善后,风叶最大应力由148.2MPa降低到87.2MPa,并通过试验验证了仿真优化结果的准确性。
To solve the rupture issue of one air-condition’s axial-flow fan, based on the finite element method, the mechanical property and the method of strength analysis of air-flow fan have been researched in this paper. Analysis and structure optimization have been done based on the analysis result for the issue of axial-flow fan’s stress concentration. The improved axial-flow fan’s maximum stress have been reduced to 87.2Mpa from 148.2Mpa, the veracity of simulation result have been proved by the experiment.
