摘要
洗碗机门体铰链机构是洗碗机的重要组件。该铰链机构一般采用连杆机构,但由于包含多个部件,结构复杂且装配麻烦,可靠性降低。本文提出了一种新的门体铰链及调节机构,该机构采用铰链板、弹簧和绳子组合的方式。门体装配在铰链板的一端,铰链板另一端通过尼龙绳与弹簧连接。其工作原理是以铰链板上的轴为转轴,门体重力和弹簧拉力对铰链轴的力矩平衡,从而使门体可以停留在某一角度。当门体力与弹簧力不平衡时,可以通过调节弹簧端钢丝绳的长度来实现门体力与弹簧力相平衡。该门体铰链机构具有结构简单,制造容易,易安装的特点。
The dishwasher door not only acts as the sealing the dishwasher tub to assure the washing performance and dry performance, but it also prevents the water splash out when the dishwasher work. The dishwasher door can also be opened to 90 degree and to support the lower basket to load dishes. The door opening and closing and balance function can be realized through the hinge mechanism. This hinge mechanism uses some kind of hinge plate and spring and rope structure. The dishwasher door and spring are assembled on the end of the hinge separately. The force of door and spring are balanced which can keep the door opened to some degree. When the door force and the spring force are not balanced, we can adjust the rope to keep the balance again. This design has the character of simple structure and manufacturing and assembly easily.
