摘要
分析了光延迟线的发展方向,提出了一种宽范围及高精度的连续可调光延迟线的设计方案。详细介绍了系统各关键模块的具体实现方式,明确了延迟量的高精度测量方法,并对光延迟线的应用前景进行了展望。
In this paper, the development trends of optical delay line are analyzed. The design of wide-range and high-precision continuously tunable optical delay line is proposed. The detailed implementation schemes of key modules are introduced. The high-precision measuring methods of delay are indicated. Finally, the article prospects the application of optical delay line.
