摘要
目的观察剖宫产瘢痕妊娠（CSP）患者采取精细化护理干预的效果。方法40例CSP患者随机分为干预组和对照组，各30例。干预组采取精细化护理，对照组采取常规护理，对比2组并发症和护理满意度情况。结果2组均无失血性休克病例；干预组护理满意度为93．3％（14／15），高于对照组的60．0％（9／15），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论精细化护理干预能提高剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者治疗期间护理满意度，值得借鉴。
Objective To observe the effect of delicacy nursing intervention in cesarean scar pregnancy （CSP）. Methods A total of 40 CSP patients were randomly divided into intervention （n = 30, with delicacy nursing intervention） and control group （n = 30, with regular nursing care）. The complication and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results There was no patient with hemorrhagic shock in either of two groups. Satisfaction rate was 93.3% （ 14/15 ） in intervention group and 60. 0% （ 9/15 ） in control group, with a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion delicacy nursing intervention can improve the nursing satisfaction in patients with CSP
