急性重症胰腺炎非手术治疗患者护理体会

Nursing care intervention in severe acute pancreatitis patients with non-surgical treatment

目的探讨精细化护理在重症胰腺炎非手术治疗患者中的应用效果。方法78例非手术治疗的急性重症胰腺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各39例。对照组常规护理，对照组采取精细化护理干预，评价2组护理满意度。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论急性重症胰腺炎患者采取精细化护理干预，能有效提高护理满意度，值得借鉴。

Objective To observe the effect of delicacy nursing intervention in severe acute pancreatitis （SAP） patients with non-surgical treatment. Methods A total of 78 SAP patients with non-surgical treatment were randomly divided into observation group （ n = 39, with delicacy nursing intervention） and control group （n = 39, with regular nursing care）. The nursing satisfaction of two groups were Observed. Results The satisfaction rate was higher in observation group than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Delicacy nursing intervention can improve the nursing quality and satisfaction among SAP patients with non-surgical treatment.
