时间护理在脑卒中患者中的应用

Application of time-based nursing intervention on patients with cerebral stroke

目的探讨时间护理在脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法选取脑卒中患者58例，随机分为干预组与对照组，各29例。对照组采取常规基础护理，干预组在常规护理措施的基础上采取时间护理。结果干预组护理满意度显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。干预组患者住院天数显著短于对照组，日常生活能力评分高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论脑卒中患者采取时间护理，可缩短患者住院天数，提高日常生活能力。

Objective To investigate the effect of time-based nursing intervention on patients with stroke. Methods A total of 58 patients with stroke were randomly divided into intervention （n = 29） and control group （ n = 29）. Both of two groups received regular nursing care and intervention group was given time-based nursing additionally. Results Compared with the control group, intervention group achieved higher satisfaction rate （ P 〈 0.01 ）, higher score on ability of daily life （ P 〈 0. 05） and shorter length of stay （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Time-based nursing intervention can reduce the length of stay and improve the ability of daily life among patients with stroke.
