摘要
应用图解法建立了扭转梁后桥横梁剪切中心与悬架瞬时侧倾中心的几何关系,推导出了悬架瞬时侧倾中心与扭转梁后桥剪切中心及各硬点位置关系的公式。采用上述公式,根据悬架瞬时侧倾中心的要求和各硬点位置,可以较快速确定扭转梁后桥剪切中心的合理位置。利用CAE仿真验证了公式的准确性;选取两款不同车型的扭转梁后悬架进行试验验证,也验证了公式的准确性。
The geometrical relationship between the shear center of twist-beam rear axle and instantaneous roll center of the suspension is established by using graphical method, and the formula of the relationship between instantaneous roll center of the suspension and shear center of twist beam rear axle, as well as locations of hard points is derived. With this formula, the rational location of the shear center of twist-beam rear axle can be determined rapidly according to requirement of instantaneous roll center of suspension and location of hard points. Accuracy of this formula is verified with CAE simulation, and two cars with different twist beam rear suspension are chosen for test verification, which also prove accuracy of this formula.
