基于OBD车辆下线双怠速排放检测自动控制系统开发

摘要 针对传统车辆下线双怠速排放检测中人工难以稳定控制发动机高怠速问题,提出了一种基于车载诊断系统(OBD)控制的发动机双怠速排放检测自动控制系统。该系统由双怠速排放检测自动控制软件VCI系统、尾气分析仪及数据服务器等组成,可实现发动机转速的精确控制及排放自动检测。测试结果表明,该系统提升了高怠速检测过程中发动机转速稳定性,减少了检测时间,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了下线检测自动化水平。 For the traditional vehicle end-of-line emission detection system which is hard to control engine's high idle running, we propose an auto emission detect system based on OBD to control the engine's double idle. The system consists of the emission detect software VCI system, emission analyzer and database server, etc., which can control the engine's speed precisely and realize auto detection. The test result shows that the system improves engine speed stability in high idle running detection, reduce detection time and lowers labor intensity, and improves the automation level of end-of-line emission detection.
