摘要 晚期糖基化终末产物受体(receptor for advanced glycation end product,RAGE)是细胞表面分子免疫球蛋白超家族的成员之一,在肺部的I型上皮细胞有较高水平的基础表达。肺组织的损伤和修复是一个交叉而持续的过程,RAGE参与了急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)早期的修复与重建,影响ARDS的发生发展过程。研究RAGE在ARDS修复过程中的作用及机制,有利于进一步认识ARDS早期修复的调控机制,为ARDS早期、有效的干预治疗提供新的思路和策略。 The receptor for advanced glycation end product (RAGE) is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily of cell surface molecules, having a high basal level expression in type I alveolar epithelial cells. Lung tissue damage and repair is a cross and continuous process, RAGE involves in the early repair and reconstruction of acute respiratory distress syndrome ( ARDS), and it influences the development of ARDS. It is of great significance to investigate the role and mechanism of RAGE in ARDS repair process, because it helps to understand the regulatory mechanisms of early repair of ARDS, and it also provides new ideas and strategies for the early and effective intervention therapy of ARDS.
