摘要 维生素D是一种具有广泛生物学效应的类固醇激素,从经典的调节钙与磷酸盐的平衡的作用到细胞分化和免疫调节。这些效应会影响到正常和不正常的造血和免疫功能,可能会对血液系统疾病患者提高治疗和支持。在本文中,我们将总结维生素D在正常造血过程中的作用,讨论维生素D在该过程中如何改善预后,以及讨论维生素D在治疗血液系统疾病和调节免疫系统,改善异基因造血干细胞移植预后中的潜在作用。 Vitamin D may regulate the equilibrium between Ca and Phosphate, cell differentiation and immunoregulation, which can effect normat and unnomal hematopoiesis and immunology. This paper reviews the role of vitamin D in hematopoietic process, discusses how vitamin D changes the prognosis during the process and explores the effect of Vitamin D in the treatment of the diseases of blood system.
