青鹏软膏和新癀片联合泛昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹神经痛45例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 45 Herpes Zoster Neuralgia Cases Treated by Qingpeng Ointment and Xinhuang Tablets Combined with Famciclovir Tablets

目的观察青鹏软膏和新癀片联合泛昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹神经痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法将带状疱疹神经痛患者135例随机分为青鹏软膏组47例、新癀片组43例和联合组45例。各组均口服泛昔洛韦片7天,青鹏软膏组疼痛区涂青鹏软膏,每日2次;新癀片组口服新癀片,每日3次,每次0.96 g;联合组疼痛区涂青鹏软膏同时口服新癀片,用法与用量同上,3组疗程均为3周。在治疗前及治疗后第1、2、3周观察各组患者的疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分及次要症状(疼痛每天发生的次数、持续时间和范围)积分及药物不良事件。结果各组患者VAS评分和次要症状积分随着疗程的增加逐渐降低,治疗后1、2和3周与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。联合组在治疗后1、2和3周VAS评分和次要症状积分均低于青鹏软膏组和新癀片组(P<0.05),治疗后2周和3周临床疗效均优于新癀片组与青鹏软膏组(P<0.05)。各组不良事件发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论青鹏软膏和新癀片联合泛昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹神经痛安全有效,具有起效快、疗效好、不良反应少的优点。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingpeng Ointment（ QPRG） and Xinhuang Tablets（ XHP） combined with famciclovir tablets in treating herpes zoster neuralgia. Methods Totally 135 herpes zoster neuralgia patients were randomly assigned to QPRG group of 47 cases,XHP group of 43 cases and combined group of 45 cases. Each group took famciclovir tablets orally for 7 days. The QPRG group applied QPRG on pain area,twice per day. The XHP group took XHP orally,0. 96 g each time,3 times a day. The combined group applied both QPRG and XHP with the same methods as above. The course was 3 weeks for all groups. The visual analogue scales（ VAS） score,a secondary symptom（ the frequency of pain occurred daily,duration and dimensions） score and adverse effects were recorded before treatment and 1,2,3 weeks after treatment. Results The VAS scores and secondary symptom scores in each group decreased with the treatment undergoing,and differences were statistically significant between that before treatment and 1,2 and 3 weeks after treatment in each group（ P〈0. 01）. The VAS scores and secondary symptom scores of the combined group 1,2 and 3 weeks after treatment were lower than that of the QPRG group and XHP group（ P〈0. 05）. After two weeks of treatment the clinical efficacy in the combined group was better than those in these two groups（ P〈0. 05）. No statistically significant difference showed in adverse events＇ occurrence among the groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The combined treatment of Qingpeng Ointment and Xinhuang Tablets with famciclovir tablets is safe and effective,with the advantages of quick onset,better efficacy and less adverse effects.
