摘要
不同层间结合状态对荷载作用下刚柔复合式路面剪切应力的影响是不一样的,利用Bisar3.0软件对刚柔复合式路面的剪切应力进行了计算分析。通过选取合理的简化弹性柔量系数ALK值来模拟现实路面层间结合状况,并考虑了温度对剪切应力的影响。计算结果表明:荷载中心位置是最大剪应力最有可能出现的位置;层间结合状况越好,层间最大剪应力值越小,且剪应力突变越小,对路面越有利;温度对剪切应力的影响有限,温度越高,层间剪应力会略微变小;通过合理的层间处理技术提高层间抗剪强度,能有效地避免层间剪切破坏;
isar 3.0 software is used to analyze the shear stress distribution in rigid--flexible composite pavement under different interlayer bonding conditions. Proper ALK is selected to simulate real interlayer bond condition, and effect of temperature is also taken into consideration. Calculation results indicate that: maximum shear stress most likely appears at the center of loading area; better interlayer bonding condition means smaller shear stress, and smaller mutation is better for pavement; as temperature rising, shear stress would slightly decrease, but effect of temperature is limited; shear strength could be significantly improved by proper interlayer treatment to avoid shear failure; and improvement on anti--shear design for composite asphalt pavement is elaborated.
