非极端恶劣气象条件与高速公路交通事故之间的关系研究

Research on the Relationship between Non-extreme Weather Conditions and Highway Traffic Accidents

随着高速公路的快速发展以及机动车数量的持续高速增长,高速公路交通事故屡见不鲜。除了与驾驶员的状态、路况、车辆等因素相关外,还与天气状况有关。以2010年1月~2012年6月间西汉高速公路的气象条件和交通事故数据为例,利用数据挖掘中的关联规则和决策树方法挖掘非极端恶劣气象条件与高速公路交通事故之间的关系。研究结果表明,非极端恶劣气象条件与交通事故之间不存在较强的相关关系。

With the rapid development of expressways and the sustained high growth rate of vehicle number, traffic accidents on highways are of common occurrence. In addition to the physical and mental state of the driver, highway conditions and vehicles, weather is also related. This paper focuses on the weather conditions and the traffic accidents occurred on the Xi＇an-Hanzhong expressway from January 2010 to June 2012. The methods of association rule and decision tree based data mining technology are used to study the relationship between the non-extreme weather conditions and the traffic accidents from the positive and negative respectively. The study results indicate that there is no strong relationship between non-extreme weather conditions and traffic accidents.
