摘要
根据陶瓷粗骨料的基本物理性能,以普通混凝土配合比的设计为基础,配制出陶瓷粗骨料混凝土。由试验结果推导出陶瓷粗骨料混凝土配合比的设计计算方法。性能试验结果表明:与普通混凝土相比,陶瓷粗骨料混凝土抗压强度、抗拉强度和弹性模量均略低于普通混凝土;但掺入适量粉煤灰可改善陶瓷混凝土的工作性能、抗拉强度和抗水渗透性能;掺入适量硅粉可大大提高陶瓷混凝土的抗压强度、抗拉强度和抗水渗透性能。
Ceramic coarse aggregate concrete has been prepared according to the basic physical properties of ceramic coarse aggregate and the mix design for common concrete. Design methods of mix proportion for ceramic coarse aggregate concrete are derived from the results. The results of properties test show that the compressive strength, tensile strength and modulus of elasticity for ceramic coarse aggregate concrete are slightly lower than that of common concrete. But appropriate content of fly ash can improve the work performance, tensile strength and resistance to water permeability of ceramic coarse aggregate concrete, and silica fume can enhance the compressive strength, tensile strength and resistance to water permeability of ceramic concrete.
