水泥混凝土盐冻损害影响因素与防治措施研究 被引量:2

摘要 寒区冬季铺撒盐化物除雪会造成水泥混凝土路面的盐冻损害,通过水泥混凝土盐冻损害试验,研究了含气量、水灰比、浆集比、外掺料及融雪剂种类等因素与水泥混凝土盐冻损害剥落率的关系,结果表明采用6.2%的含气量、较低的水灰比、合适的浆集比以及硅灰作为外掺料,可以有效减弱盐冻对水泥混凝土的损害,并从水泥混凝土配合比设计、外掺剂与融雪剂的使用等方面,提出了寒冷地区水泥混凝土盐冻损害的防治措施。 Deicer agents are used to remove snow on pavement in cold region, which can cause salt freezing degeneration of concrete pavement. By salt freezing test of concrete, relationship between concrete salt freezing degeneration and five elements is studied, including air content, water-cement radio, pasteaggregate radio, admixtures and the types of deicer. It is demonstrated that 6. 2% air content, lower water-cement radio, appropriate paste-aggregate radio, and selecting silica fume as admixture will mitigate salt freezing damage on concrete efficiently. Accordingly controlling measures of concrete salt freezing degeneration in cold region are recommended from three aspects of cement concrete mixing proportion design, admixtures, and deicers.
