摘要
以精制白木通籽油为原料,在催化剂Na OH的作用下与甲醇发生酯交换反应制备生物柴油。根据反应温度、反应时间、醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量单因素实验结果,设计四因素三水平响应面实验,并利用中心组合原理进行响应面优化分析。结果表明:在反应温度60℃、反应时间1.5 h、醇油摩尔比6.5∶1、催化剂用量1.0%(占白木通籽油质量)的条件下,生物柴油得率为94.5%。
The biodiesel was prepared by the transesterification of refined Akebia trifoliata seed oil and methanol with NaOH as catalyst. Based on the single-factor experimental results of reaction tempera-ture, reaction time, molar ratio of methanol to oil and catalyst dosage, the response surface methodology experiment of four factors and three levels was designed, and the response surface optimization analysis was taken according to the center combination principle. The results showed that under the conditions of reaction temperature 60℃, reaction time 1. 5 h, molar ratio of methanol to oil 6. 5∶1 and catalyst dosage 1. 0% (based on the mass of Akebia trifoliata seed oil), the yield of biodiesel was 94. 5%.
