与专业课结合教学的文献检索课内容之思考——与《空间法模拟法庭》的结合教学

Thoughts on the Content Design of Literature Retrieval Course in Line with Specialized Courses: A Case Study on Space Law Moot Court

本文以《空间法模拟法庭》为例,阐述与之结合的文献检索课教学内容的设计。在分析课程"目标问题明确、专业性强以及课时少"这三个特点基础上,提出"深度结合于并服务于专业课"的设计原则,并依据这设计原则给出课程结构以及具体的课程内容设置。

Taking the course ＂Space Law Moot Court＂ as an example, this paper illustrates the contents design of literature retrieval course in line with it. On the basis of the three main characteristics of literature retrieval course, namely, unequivocal goal, professionalism and fewer teaching hours, the author proposes the principle of ＂deeply integrated with and serving the specialized courses＂, and gives an example of curricular design for literature retrieval class based on such principle.
