摘要
学生参与是现代大学内部"共同治理"的应有之义,其合法性在于它能够为大学内部"善治"的实现提供积极的输入。历史经验告诉我们:学生观和制度安排是影响学生参与大学内部"共同治理"的主要因素;学生参与是一种有限的参与。当下,虽然学生在一定程度上参与到了大学内部"共同治理"中,但总体上学生参与仍处于理念呼吁阶段。面对现实存在的问题,要保障学生有效地、合理地参与大学内部"共同治理",必须从学生观的更迭、适切的制度与机制的构建及学生参与能力的提升等三个方面着力。
Student participation is essential content of the "shared governance" of modern universities. Its legitimacy is that student participation is beneficial to the implementation of good govern- ance of universities. Historical experience tells us that the student view and the institution arrangement are the main factors that influence student to participate in the "shared governance" of modern universities, at the same time, student participation is a kind of limited participation. At present, although students participate in the "shared governance" in some degree, the student participation is still on the stage of idea appealed. For the existing problems, in order to guarantee students participate in the "shared governance" of universities effectively and reasonably, we must take actions on changing the student view, constructing the institution system and mechanism of student participation, improving the ability of participation of students.
