摘要
本文分析了传统名师带徒的局限性,融合了现代认知学徒制的新理念,从"认知"和"技术"两方面着手,建构了现代名师带徒的教练式培训模式。该模式核心主要有两点,其一,设置了专家教练、助理教练、同伴教练所组成的三重教练体系;其二,设计了示范和指导、搭建脚手架和清晰表达、反思和探究构成的三环递进实施过程。通过英语学科教师培训的应用案例表明,教练式培训模式卓有成效,可为教师专业发展开辟新道路。
This paper analyzes the limitation of the traditional teacher apprenticeship and absorbs new concepts of modem cognitive apprenticeship. From the perspectives of "cognitive" and "technique", it constructs a new coaching model of teacher training by apprenticing. This coaching mod- el has two core points: Firstly, it sets a triple coaching system which is made of an expert coach, assistant coaches and peer coaches. Secondly, it designs a triple process: demonstrating and coaching, scaffolding and articulation, reflection and inquiry. Through the case of an English teachers training project, it has indicated that this coaching model was effective and can he a new way for teachers' professional development.
