摘要
本文分析了传统名师带徒的局限性,融合了现代认知学徒制的新理念,从"认知"和"技术"两方面着手,建构了现代名师带徒的教练式培训模式。该模式核心主要有两点,其一,设置了专家教练、助理教练、同伴教练所组成的三重教练体系;其二,设计了示范和指导、搭建脚手架和清晰表达、反思和探究构成的三环递进实施过程。通过英语学科教师培训的应用案例表明,教练式培训模式卓有成效,可为教师专业发展开辟新道路。
This paper analyzes the limitation of the traditional teacher apprenticeship and absorbs new concepts of modem cognitive apprenticeship. From the perspectives of ＂cognitive＂ and ＂technique＂, it constructs a new coaching model of teacher training by apprenticing. This coaching mod- el has two core points： Firstly, it sets a triple coaching system which is made of an expert coach, assistant coaches and peer coaches. Secondly, it designs a triple process： demonstrating and coaching, scaffolding and articulation, reflection and inquiry. Through the case of an English teachers training project, it has indicated that this coaching model was effective and can he a new way for teachers＇ professional development.
