摘要
对传统和新理论蜗壳型线设计方法进行分析,总结出各设计方法的优缺点。提出考虑曲率对湍流结构的影响,引入流量修正系数为主线设计蜗壳型线,以提高风机性能。
Analyzed various kinds of methods Of designing centrifugal fans' volute shape and summarized theadvantages and disadvantage. Advise consider the influence of curvature for turbulent structure, make circumferential speed to be major factor to design volute shape in order to improve performance of fan.
