摘要
结合杭州地铁1号线某区间工程,为确保区间隧道施工和运行期的安全,采用理论分析和数值模拟的研究方法,对管片变形的安全评价方法进行研究,利用收敛位移量测数据,采用智能反演分析方法得到管片作用荷载,结合梁-弹簧模型进行有限元计算,得到管片的内力(弯矩)值。最终基于管片结构极限状态下的变形量,提出以收敛位移作为管片安全评价的新判据,并给出了管片收敛位移的控制标准。
With reference to the engineering of a tunnel on Hangzhou Metro Line 1, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are employed to study the way to assess the safety of shield segment in case of deformation so as to guarantee the safety of tunnel construction and future operation. The internal force (bending moment) of the segment is determined with the convergence displacement measured on site, the load on segment with obtained by intelligent back analysis, and the finite element calculation based on Beam-Spring model. At last, based on the ultimate deformation of segment structure in limit state, a new reference based on segment convergence displacement is proposed to evaluate segment safety, and the standard to control convergence displacement is also brought forward.
