Ⅰ和Ⅱ级滤泡淋巴瘤单纯放疗的随访研究

摘要 Ⅰ和Ⅱ级滤泡淋巴瘤（follicular lymphoma,FL）在所有非霍奇金淋巴瘤中分别占9.5％和6.2％,占所有FL的70％[1].目前FL分级采用世界卫生组织（WHO）分级标准,通过每高倍镜视野中的中心母细胞数量来确定[2].对于局限期FL,建议采用单纯放疗,但是放疗能否使局部控制率提高仍不明确[34].近年来有研究表明放疗可明显提高FL的总生存（OS）[5].目前利妥昔单抗单药或者联合化疗均可延长无进展生存期（PFS）[6],但是对于早期FL仍不明确.
